Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our official booking system. Payment: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your appointment. Pricing details will be provided at the time of booking. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation once with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment will require a new booking. Cancellations: Cancellations are non-refundable. If you cannot make your appointment, we encourage you to reschedule. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, your session will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required. Communication: All consultations will be conducted via the method selected at booking (phone, video call, or in person if applicable). By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
